Leo City Coach Chooses Scania New Bus Generation to Start New Business
Leo City Coach, a new coach transportation and tour company in Singapore, has invested in two Scania New Bus Generation coaches as the first coaches in its new fleet. The handover ceremony for the new coaches took place this morning when Mr Wong Yew Hoong, Director of Leo City Coach, received the keys to the new coaches from Mr Benedict Chan, Area Sales Manager of Scania Southeast Asia. -
Leisure Frontier Group First to Own the Scania New Bus Generation Double-Decker Coach in Singapore
Scania Singapore today handed over its first New Bus Generation in double-decker coach configuration to the Leisure Frontier Group. Scania, in partnership with Wong Fong Engineering, today delivered the first-ever Scania Super lorry crane in Singapore combined with the largest PALFINGER truck-mounted crane, to Ban Soon Huat Transport Trading. Scania will design the world’s first full-scale autonomous truck platooning operations, based on its own advanced technology. The platoon will traffic public roads while transporting containers between port terminals in Singapore. Scania Singapore has launched a new +65 6591 7180 hotline to Scania Assistance with a new system in place on the 1st of July, 2015. It is an English and Malay language operator-based call-centre that operates 24/7, 365 days a year. The improved call-centre system allows Scania to track and follow-up on the status of customers’ case from start to completion; keeping customers informed throughout the entire process. This allows customers to plan and reorganise their fleet movements better in the event of a particular vehicle needing assistance. -
