Students and graduates

At Scania we have a successful tradition of working with high schools, colleges and universities. We offer both students and graduates a range of different ways to join the company and develop into key players within Scania’s global organisation.

Work is becoming something we do rather than something we go to. A part of being a great employer is being able to offer mobility and flexibility to our employees to the extent the nature of the job to be done allows.

Over the next decade, the way we move goods and people will change. At Scania we drive the shift towards a sustainable transport system. By joining different skills and perspectives we continue to push the boundaries for what can be done. To make tomorrow better than yesterday.
