As a Market Specialist, you are the direct point of contact for our valued customers. You are responsible for the entire process, from order reception and preparation to order follow-up. As a driving force within our team, you are the key to customer satisfaction. You respond promptly and accurately to all practical questions from our customers regarding orders, delivery options, lead times, and any potential concerns.

You oversee deliveries, delivery terms, and transportation while continuously working on analyzing and optimizing the flow of information and goods to our customers. In addition, you are also responsible for handling return requests and contributing to improvement activities.

• You are a strong communicator and a dedicated team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

• You are capable of prioritizing tasks, thinking and acting proactively.

• You possess strong problem-solving skills, apply critical thinking, and develop effective solutions to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Customer orientation is part of your DNA, and you excel in finding effective solutions.

• A bachelor's or master's degree and you have proficiency in languages (e.g. Dutch, English, French, German).

• You have a strong proficiency in using MS Office.

• You can work independently while always valuing the importance of fostering a positive team dynamic.
