管理团队为使用斯堪尼亚产品的客户提供365天24小时电话服务,当出现抛锚性故障时,协调就近服务厂予以救援;负责客户满意度调查。

For the clients who use Scania products, manage the team to provide phone call service 24 hours a day, 365 days. when breakdown failure occurs, coordinate the nearest service workshop to rescue; In charge of CSI/NPS.

 

职责和工作内容:

Duties and Tasks

  • 管理团队为客户提供365天24小时救援服务
  • 处理客户咨询、投诉,解答技术问题
  • 产品出现问题时,联系相关服务厂
  • 车辆出现抛锚性故障时,协调经销商服务厂救援
  • 救援维修厂零件库存不足时,协调其它维修厂及相关部门调取零件
  • 对救援维修服务进行回访跟踪
  • 负责客户满意度调查
  • Manage the team to offer 365 days and 24 hours rescue service for our clients
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, answer technical questions
  • Contact the service workshop when problems occurred
  • Coordinate the dealer workshop nearby rescue when breakdown failure occurs
  • Coordinate with other repair shops and related departments to retrieve parts, when the spare parts of the rescue workshop are insufficient
  • Return visit tracking rescue service
  • In charge of CSI/NPS.
