Purchasing Specialist

A brief summary of the provided position as below 本职位概述如下:

This position is responsible for local daily purchasing business is in line with the global procurement policy and routine including purchasing system updates and maintenance; purchasing contract implementation; to support the purchasing process’ implementation; procurement documentation filing.

 

Professional Competencies (Duties and Tasks) 职业能力(职责与任务)

  • Work according to the Indirect Procurement Process and overall objectives and follow Global Purchasing Strategic Plan
  • Create, implement and develop a preferred Supplier base
  • Support the implementation of Contracts
  • Initiate need for new Contracts
  • Reduce cost for Scania including:
  1. Cost Analysis based on cost breakdown
  2. Negotiation with supplier to get best price
  3. Contribution to cost saving target
  • Support and control the internal customer in the purchasing process and guide towards preferred supplier
  • Prepare commercial agreements with suppliers within approved budget
  • Secure cross functional involvement
  • Update and maintain information in systems
  • Systems support and systems development
  • Procurement process documentation

 

Desirable experience & qualifications

  • Bachelor degree above;
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience with indirect sourcing experiences; Auto and logistics industry is plus;
  • IT and digital marketing related category experience is preferred;
  • Experience of cooperation with internal customers and demand management
