Main Assignments & Job Responsibility

-Monitoring of activities according to the work schedule.

-Maintain monitoring and management of the planning routine.

-Monitors the pace of the work according to the physical and supply schedule.

-Updates productivity and the production target.

-Verifies the schedule, with the issuance of a weekly report with all the consolidate information with productivity graphic, photos and future programming.

-Analysis and approval of measurements of services and materials prepared by the General constructor.

-Analysis of budgets for additional services not included in the budget worksheet or extras services requested by Scania.

-Participation in meetings with the Management Company, General Constructor, Sub-contractors and Suppliers in order to discuss the progress of the works, the proposal of eventual corrective actions and technical aspects that may collaborate for the good progress of the works.

-Analysis of projects and all documentation, commenting and proposing solutions to improve deadlines and reduce the cost of the work.

-Assists organizations in planning training activities, promoting constant improvements so that the team can effectively perform all its functions.

Requirements & Competencies

-Bachelor's degree in engineering, major in construction

-Coordinate construction projects,ensuring the belonging area and team will meet all quality, cost and delivery requirement.

-Good project management skills and communication

-Minimum 4 years in similar function

-Experience of coordinationg project and leading large industrial establishments

-Fluent in English, both in speech and in writing

-Good office software skills
