A brief summary of the provided position as below ：
The main responsibility of this role is to support BU to develop driver training course and implement the driver training to the dealers and end-users, working together with marketing departments to do the national launch and regional launch, help service department to solve customer complaints.
Duties and Tasks:
1.Develop HERO driver training course
- Working with related department to develop and manage the driver training course.
2.Conduct driver training and market activities
- Implement the driver training for dealers and end-users.
- Support market activities.
- Support product team to develop vehicle specifications.
3.Customer support and complaint handling
- Support sales team on vehicle testing in customer.
- Support service team to deal with customer complaint
Education and/or Experience
- Relevant Education or equivalent work experience.
- Business knowledge and experience from a similar role will be an advantage.
- Over 10 years driver training experience.
- A2 driver license or A1 is a must.
