A brief summary of the provided position as below

Overall lead of Product Planning and Product Marketing departments. Manage the product department, set up the working frame for product department, make sure highly efficient and high quality working performance of the department. As the key role to connect internal & external stakeholders, guide the product department satisfy the internal & external customers.

In charge of HERO overall product strategy, and medium to long-term product lifecycle management. Extensive team management skills, project management skills and deep knowledge about TRATON product development process.

Duties and Tasks

• Wide practice and fruitful methodology on market insight, bringing opportunities and identifying risks ahead of the overall market. Have a strong connection to Research and Regulation organizations, Market Forums and Future Development initiatives.
• Lead product planning team to identify new market opportunity, set up mid to long-term product strategy, prepare Feasibility Studies and bring for approval to meet company business objectives.
• Guide product marketing team to optimize product model program and packages, ensure the competitiveness versus competition, effectiveness on customers operations and profit of the product for both OEM and Dealers. Ensure best product support to internal & external stakeholders.
• As our representative person for TRATON group from product perspective, make sure the continuous improvement and synergy for HERO long term product planning with TRATON overall product planning.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Training and other stakeholders, set up effective communication environment, in order to discuss problems and solutions towards the company target.
• Motivate and provide direction to team members. Target Oriented Management. Develop the individuals to perform in a healthy and high performance environment.
• Using an understanding of business issues, processes and outcomes to enhance business performance.
• Demonstrates understanding for importance of safety and health policies, procedures and regulations in daily work. Creates and safeguards a healthy, safe and sustainable work environment for all employees.
• Understanding and applying functional and technical knowledge and skills to accomplish work objectives. Keeping up to date with new development in the subject area and continuing to enhance the skills.
• Helping others to make the most of their qualities and competences, both in their position and in their overall career. Giving expanding responsibility and encourage a “Dare to try, Manage the risk approach”, allowing learning from mistakes.
• Listening and communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and building consensus.
• Providing service excellence to internal and/or external customers.
• Dealing with situations and issues proactively and persistently, seizing opportunities that arise.
• Clearly allocating decision-making authority to the appropriate employees whilst making best use of those employees’ time and competence to maximize the organization's effectiveness.

经验和要求：

Desirable experience and qualifications 

• More than 10 years working experience in Auto industry, took multi-senior positions.
• Heavy Duty Truck experience is highly desired and an advantage.
• Open minded working attitude, ability to adapt to multi-culture working environment.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and intercultural identity.
• Fruitful and proved management and project management skills.
• Language: English fluency is a must, Chinese is highly desirable.
