本岗位应当确保斯堪尼亚用户需要服务合同时，将斯堪尼亚作为其首选；提供合同目录，价格表等；同时监控合同执行情况。合同服务经理将在合同约定的服务和合同管理的内容下, 通过执行, 管理, 成本控制，和培训等方式, 帮助建立经销商层面的竞争力。

This position should ensure that Scania users choose Scania as their first choice when they need a service contract; provide contract catalogues, price lists, etc.; and monitor contract execution. The Contract Service Manager will support build dealer competitiveness through execution, management, cost control, and training within the scope of the contracted services and contract management.

主要职责：

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities 

• 负责每年更新合同服务政策.
• 与财务部合作对合同结算及报告相关事宜
• 负责持续监控合同的收入及成本的状况
• 负责在审核经销商层面合同执行情况.
• 负责发展合同服务产品目录
• 负责对经销商层面的系统支持
• 与其他部门协作共同完成业务目标
• Responsible for updating contracted service handbook annually.  
• Cooperating with Finance Department for contract settlement and reporting.
• Responsible for continuously monitoring the revenue and cost status of the contract.
• Responsible for auditing implementation of Contract Sales on Dealer level.
• Responsible for developing contract portfolio.
• Responsible for system support to Dealers.
• Working in cooperation with other departments to achieve business objectives.

教育背景/经验：

Education and/or Experience 

• 大学本科毕业或同等学历
• 具备3年以上合同管理相关经验
• 计算机相关的实操技能包括数据汇总和分析
• 2年以上汽车行业相关工作经验
• University education in appropriate discipline
• 3 years of working experiences on contract administration work 
• Have certain computer skills including data summary and analysis 
• Previous 2 years of related experiences in Automotive industry
