COMPANY BONUS SCHEME
Scania Australia believes it is important that all employees understand how their work contributes to the company’s performance and improves profitability. It is important that all employees be recognised if we achieve our specific targets. Employees who meet the eligibility criteria may be entitled to a bonus of up to 5% of the employee’s annual base salary.
CREDIT AWARDS
We believe team members that go the extra mile deserve credit. Each year, team members are nominated by their peers for a CREDIT award in recognition of their efforts on each of our core values.
INTERNAL REFERRAL PROGRAM
We believe our people are our greatest asset. To encourage employees to be an advocate and refer great people to Scania, we reward our employees with a bonus payment for successful referrals with a simple, efficient, and user-friendly process.
