Hailing from Peru, Juan Carlos boasts a distinguished academic background, holding an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad de Lima and an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico. His 17-year career at Scania has seen him excel in various areas, including Commercial Operations and Financial Services. He has experience managing critical functions like Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Production. Most recently, Juan Carlos successfully led Scania Colombia as CEO for six years.
Juan Carlos's commitment goes beyond experience. He is a firm believer in continuous learning, actively participating in Executive Education programs at top institutions like the Stockholm School of Economics and Harvard University. This dedication to ongoing development reflects his strong drive for success.
